So without further ado, here’s my ultimate brewing guide for monkey poop coffee with the use of a Chemex:

You need:

-3 tbsp freshly coarsely ground monkey poop coffee (somewhere between fine and medium grind)

-340 mL (~12 oz) filtered water at 205°F
